Why this workbook?
Who is Tiff Reagan?
Tiff Reagan is a writer, a storyteller and a public servant. She is a professional communicator and a policy subject matter expert.

Tiff has battled severe depression for most of her life, trying to ease the symptoms with everything from denial to hypnosis to norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitors.
Tiff has a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. She has spent countless hours researching cognitive psychology, reading dozens and dozens of books and studies on the subject, and gathering as many strategies as possible to fight feeling crappy.
Tiff got really tired of the good vibes, unsolicited “just try to think about happy things” dribble, and the Pinterest-style uplifting quotes that don’t mean anything without action backing them up.
After realizing that several of her loved ones, colleagues, and peers were struggling too, she decided to do something about it.
That’s when Be Happy, Babe became a reality.
